Finnegens, Inc. is a metabolic therapeutics company whose research and development is carried out by Shanghai Finnegens Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Over eight years of work the team has assembled a pipeline of peptide and fusion-protein drug candidates aimed at type 2 diabetes, obesity, NASH and metabolic syndrome.
Our programmes are at candidate-selection and preclinical stage, progressing toward IND-enabling studies and first-in-human evaluation of the lead metabolic assets.
Our scientific premise is deliberately narrow: metabolic disease is chronic, so the therapy must be easy to live with. That means dosing intervals measured in weeks and months, mechanisms that address glucose, weight and muscle together, and — where the biology allows — agents that regenerate rather than merely replace.
